Through-the-Day Report

So... Today is the first day that I'm full on the phones. Of course, it's been fraught with technical difficulties. =P Today is very slow, though. I suppose it's technically good, but then more phone calls make the day go by faster, so...

O_O NOOOOO!! He cut his hair! X_X NOT RIGHT! I can't believe he CUT HIS HAIR!!

And in other news, I'm praying that my laptop won't die. (Yeah, he's so going to die... ;_; ) I did a whole ton of outlining on my fic for the challenge at Meta, but this morning, I set up the product key to register my trial version of Office Home Student. Apparently, that's NOT the same as activating it, so I can't even save what I did because I don't have access to the internet. _-_ Man, I'm gonna be severely annoyed if I lose all that... Though Ace is good about hanging onto things when he dies.....

Man, today has been long. And I still have 2 hours left!! Of course, it's been very slow - now going about 5 minutes between calls. Overall, I'd say today has probably been my worst day on the phones, and only because it's been a case of me finding one bit of information, digging through that, and then finding out that that first piece of information is invalid because of the second piece. Which generally means that I get the customers' hopes up only to bring them crashing back down. 

At least they've all been good about it. :) ... Cha', my call scores today are gonna SUCK!! ;_;
