Next week OFF??

I'm always getting pissed at console because they for some reason have it in their heads that I want to work 60 hours a week and schedule me for 12 hour days every day. >.> That is not fun, especially when it's an hour drive to and from work AND you have to arrive early so you can start on time. (Start up the computer, log in... etc etc)

Anyway, I checked my schedule this morning and found out that GASP!! I HAVE ALL OF NEXT WEEK OFF!! @.@ Soooooooo! excited!!

Of course it's an error; I'm not going to be paid for it, and I really don't have a clue how I got THAT week off, considering it's the one before Thanksgiving. BUT!! I talked to my manager and asked him what to do: I'm going to put in for vacation time and see if I can get it officially off! =D Since I already have the week off, it shouldn't be too difficult, right? In theory, at least! I mean, it'd be more of a hassle to schedule me than to just say, "Take a vacation! We'll even pay you for it!" XD

I think I'll only put in for 4 days because I need a backup day just in case I run out of sick days and need to go home early or something. 

I could stay home. OR!!! I totally have more than enough monies to buy a plane ticket. O.O To... say... California??? XD

I'm gonna go talk to the scheduling guy right now! Face-to-face contact is always better than e-mail stuffs! XD Wish me luck!! *crossies*

The icon's a little dramatic, but UGH!! They scheduled me for the week. AND even though I put in for the vacation time, the week is wait-listed, which means that I probably won't get it. T.T In fact, since I'm on the Night Team, practically everything is filled up for vacation. - Which TOTALLY sucks!! ;_;
