While I absolutely must mention both Stargate: SG-1 and South Park as extremely close runners up, there's one show that will probably always reign as my favorite:

Mobile Suit Gundam Wing

 

There's no other show out there remotely like Gundam Wing. And irony of all ironies: The show angles to found a Leftist Utopia of total world pacifism, complete disarmament, and a One World Order.

Yeah. It's a pretty amazing show for me to actually favor so much against my dearly held political beliefs. So HA!

Nerdly Note: It should be noted, of course, that no one actually embodies the ideals of the Founding Fathers or Libertarianism in the series, though. The absence of such would lead to the Earth Sphere United Nation, IMO, given the vacuum of true ideological alternatives and the structure and frame of the AC Universe. *adjusts glasses*
