Supposedly, there was a difference that was brought up by two of my teachers in HS. It just so happened that I was completely zoning out both times, and I never did remember to ask them. The only thing that's ever made sense to me is that "till" is more proper than "'til," and the latter is never to be used in homework. But then I remember doing worksheets and just taking a 50/50 shot guess as to which one was correct. I never cared enough to ask because I thought it was stupid. lol Now it's just a frustrating bit of information I don't know, and maybe it was something as simple as English Teacher Preferance!
