Yeah, I always wanted to say "HEY! Just because I'm working in retail doesn't mean that I'm stupid! I have a Bachelor's of Science in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology, for crying out loud! I'm lucky to even HAVE a job in the first place!" ...But that might have cost me my job for being rude, so....
LOL. I use a mix of ricotta, parsley, mango, and raisins. You can substitute the mango for apricot, or the raisins for cranberries or dates, but that's the combination I really fell in love with. The whole thing is wrapped with a piece of bacon. =D
