Terri's been looking for different animation books to further her knowledge in the industry and become a better artist, etc, etc. She found one that she really likes, and told me I would like it, too. She was right. - Or at least, I like the beginning part that they let you read on Amazon.

Mostly, he's talking about intellectual property and their rights - ideas and how money is made off them in the beginning stages. It's very interesting, particularly the part about Options. I know the writing world is a little different, but it's all pretty much the same thing - just the opposite side of the coin. Considering that I'm actually interested in this part of writing makes it all the more valuable - to me, at least.

Anyway, knowing that there are quite a few of you writers on my flist and even some artists, (though I'm not sure that any of you are looking at the profession), and that you may also be interested to read the bit, I figured I'd share. Credit for finding this goes to Ter, of course. ;)
