I took one of these type tests about two years ago, only you just got one score instead of two, and then it broke everything down into social, economic, and foreign; I scored 80% Conservative then, which put me just to the left of being a so-called radical. I did like that one better - the answers could be more true, and I wish I could find it again!

Even so, this one was really good!

You are a

Social Conservative
(33% permissive)

and an...

Economic Conservative
(86% permissive)

You are best described as a:

Strong Republican

"I strongly prefer Conservative/Liberal to Republican/Democrat," shoulda been a question! *shakes fist at republicans*

These two questions threw me, though:

Books with potentially deadly knowledge (like instructions for making awesome bombs) should be regulated.
I've never really thought about this issue since high school and that fiasco with Harry Potter. (Y'all remember that? Parental groups were wanting the books banned from public and school libraries because of the witchcraft thing.) I was against it then, and considering what I want my occupation to be, you'd think I'd be against this entire thing 100% easily. And, when I think about it, I think I am set against it, but I can understand the mindset that would be in favor of it. Still, then you get to the point of who decides what is dangerous. *points above to HP* I'm not in favor of trading feedom for some false security - there's a thing called the internet now, and it should *not* be regulated. Even if you have the books out, what are the probabilities that you'd be able to design an atomic weapon in your backyard, anyway? I mean, you'd have to engage in other sorts of crime or at minimal, suspicious activity, which is why we have law enforcement and the FBI.

Okay. So now that I've talked through that, I'm 100% dead set against. ;)

Eventually, a computer will write the best novel ever written.
WHAT??!! WHO THINKS THIS?!! And why is it political? Cloning??? Is that what they're aiming for? Even so, the nerve! If anyone thinks this.... UGH!
