fantastic_jackieI transferred a call to my dad! It was awesome. The customer needed to speak with a Financial Advisor, so I had to transfer him to my dad's department. In all the times that I've transferred to his department in the past, I never got him, but then he answered the phone, and we were both giggling so! bad. XD The customer was a bit anal, so he wasn't amused. He wanted to speak with someone locally in Florida, and we in Texas weren't good enough for him. *rolls eyes*
And in other news, we got a new boardgame called "Would You Rather...?" It's a game of comparisons in which you put yourself into two absurd situations and choose which one is better. While most of the questions are rather lame for Family Only play (because you know everyone's answers and everyone mostly agrees), there are the occasional gems that inspire lots of silly giggling for days afterwards. Thus, I pose this question to y'all:
Would you rather have a third eye on your forehead or a third hand sticking out of your chest?
You wouldn't BELIEVE the conversation we were having about this Sunday afternoon during lunch right next to one of the elders and his wife with my parents. XD
SWEEEEEET ETA: I got to speak with an Aussie on my last call! Hee!

Man: -and I thought we were all gonna die... Aren't you going to take notes on this?
You: *blink and move journal aside to reveal the Third Hand w/ pen* I am.
Man: OoO
You: *blandly* So you thought you were gonna die? - Smile!
