I've been watching this all day! Only 98 days left!!!

Oh, you SO know you wanna see that! JACK! Jack is back! A little older, grayer... and squishier. XD Yay for baggy fatigues... *gets hit* But he's back! With Baal!! Alternate time lines and AU lives... SG-1 complete!! Minus Hammond. And Thor. ;_; But SWOOT!!! I have no confidence in a shippy resolution, but where there is Sam and Jack in the same scene, there is Ship! =D

Now if only Teal'c was bald... *gets hit again*

Continuum is meant to be a movie both to please current fans and bring new fans in! *hint hint* ;P Just kidding.

Nah, it promises to be super cool, though. I'm so excited about it! :D

I am with you, I doubt very much there will be any explicit ship - I am just hoping to survive the movie without the ship-in-my-head being tipped over. *is nervous*

On the preview, though: holy cow, that is one seriously large, scary-looking baddie fleet. Very, very cool. Very exciting!

They couldn't possibly sink the ship! Continuum happens before SGA4, and though it was a deleted scene from Trio, they're going to be releasing it on the DVD!!! :DDDD So it's... like... canon that they're officially together! XD Now we just need the BHK!! Or a hug. Or rings on dogtags. XD

I just hope that they didn't write the scenes to purposely omit ship. RDA & AT have great chemistry on screen together, so I'm confident in them; it's TPTB I worry about. Have you checked out any of the spoiler pictures??

The special effects look incredible, don't they? SG-1 & SGA have always been ahead in that, but still!

I have actually seen the promotional pictures ... and I think I need to stop, because they seem a lot more spoiler-y with Continuum than they did with AoT. It's all context, though, I guess. I have been trying generally to avoid other spoilers. It's difficult.

You are right about the actors, because even the little scene of Jack & Sam in The Shroud was terrific. And fortunately, I watch the show for way more than ship, so .... *shrugs*. Either way. I really liked AoT even without Jack and Hammond. It was nice to see the team back!! And Continuum looks like a ton more old-school SG fun. With OMG the entire Goa'uld fleet - did I mention that my mind, it boggles?

Yeah, lots o spoilers. I've looked at them all. XD I still haven't seen AoT, though. Because I'm still mid season 8. I don't want it to end!!!

I'm so glad there's so much more to the show than ship! I wouldn't watch it if it wasn't... I'm a complete sci-fi fanatic: I want to own every episode of Star Trek! :D Still, S/J needs some serious resolution. They started something, and they should have finished it long ago. And no, Threads doesn't count!

The fleet is indeed hardcore. I hope there will be many big explosions!

Star Trek DVDs, they are SO EXPENSIVE. Stargate is so much more accessible. Hey, have you seen Farscape or Firefly? I just watched all the Firefly eps recently, and I'm partway through Farscape.

LOL! Don't worry! I know what happens in SG-1 - I just haven't seen all the episodes. I always do this in fandoms... I want to know what happens, but I don't want it to be "over" in the sense of there being nothing new to see. Of course, with over 200 episodes, I don't think I'll ever have the boredom with the series worry to be concerned about... ;)

They ARE expensive! I've gone into Frys, Virgin, and Suncoast and been soooooo tempted by them. Not that I ever have the money, but I'd be willing to go into debt!! LOL

My old roomie had Firefly and introduced me to it. I've seen.... probably 10 or so episodes and Serenity. I really liked the movie - though those evil flesh eating peeps? Yeah, the totally gave me nightmares. XDDD I need to check out the rest of it! As for Farscape, newp, but I've heard many good things. ;)
