I just can't let today pass without expressing my jubilant felicitations on what should be a national holiday:

HAPPY INCOME TAX DAY!!!!

If I wasn't at work, I'd make it all sparkly! :D That's right folks, today is the 99th birthday of the Federal Income Tax. It was ratified on February 3, 1913.

I raise my glass to anyone who wishes to kill it before it reaches the big one-double-o!

Oh, come on! You know it's never too late to buy balloons for celebrating income tax! And just think: you'd pay sales tax with your already income-taxed money when purchasing the balloons! :D Double taxation feels so great!!
