On page 16 of H.R. 3200 in Section 102, the bill states:
"the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day" [after the bill becomes law].
This means that if you want to change your healthcare, expand it, or switch providers, after this bill is passed, that will be illegal.
You will be forced into the overcrowded, ever expanding Public "Option," and millions in the insurance industry will lose their businesses and jobs.

And I like the fact I can not pay towards what I feel I wont need.
Ugh. Leave whats not broken alone. >_<;
EDIT: I love that I misread that so very epically.
Public insurance isn't even an option for people like me. What the hell would I do? Or the hundreds of thousands of others in my own situation (lost in the process of legal immigration).Ugh.

Did you know that Mass. just dropped all of its LEGAL immigrants from the state universal healthcare option? Couldn't afford them.
So the bill would actually cover you, because it would even cover illegal immigrants... But for how long might be a valid question.
